Advance booking is highly recommended in order to ensure that you are able to pick the date & time slot of your preference.

To avoid 50% cancellation fee, it is recommended you cancel/ reschedule your spa/salon appointment 24 hours prior at least. If you happen to miss your appointment, you would lose 100% amount of the spa/salon fees.

It is not only your responsibility, but also your right to communicate openly with the therapists, aesthetician, hair stylist and/or nail technician about their service during the treatment. Any special expectations, personal preferences and/or possible concerns about how a treatment is progressing should be first addressed directly with the individual who is providing the treatment, during the treatment itself.

In addition, you also have the obligation to let your therapist know about any health conditions that could potentially cause you discomfort or harm during the course of your treatment. This would include, but is not limited to, pregnancy, recent surgeries, diabetes, injuries, high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, shellfish or iodine allergies or any other allergies.

Our spa staff is renowned for their amazing diversity, length & breadth of knowledge of the healing arts. We celebrate their varied backgrounds and value their skills, talents and gifts which they bring to Meghavi Wellness. Incase you have a special request to make your treatment more enjoyable such as dimmer lights, softer music, a lighter or heavier touch, an extra blanket etc., please do not hesitate to ask.

Also, if there are certain things you wish your therapist NOT to do such as work on your feet, your face, your abdomen, or scalp/hair etc., please do not hesitate to communicate.

Our services are designed to nurture, relax, restore and meet your specific needs. We welcome your inputs and feedback.

Robe, slippers and lockers are provided for your convenience at the spa itself. You may also choose to wear the robe from your room. It is recommended that you shower before receiving your treatment and that you disrobe for your spa services. 

Your therapist will leave the room as you disrobe and you will lay under a sheet on the table. Upon completion of the treatment, your therapist will again step out of the treatment room to allow you to redress into your robe. 

Our therapists are trained in proper draping techniques for your comfort. You may choose to receive treatment in your bathing suit or undergarments. Also, do remove all your jewelry before visiting the spa. 

If you have scheduled a Thai Yoga massage, Salon treatment or Reflexology, please wear loose and comfortable clothing.

Please notify the spa receptionist at the time you are making an appointment and also the therapists at the beginning of the treatment. You will be informed if the treatments are recommended or not.

Your physician can best advise you on which treatments are safe. 

We suggest that you avoid treatments using deep pressure and heat. We have customised Massages available for Pre & Post Natal periods. 

Table Thai Yoga massage is not recommended in the last trimester of the pregnancy ( 28+ weeks).

If you have a gender preference, please advise the spa reservationist at the time of making your appointment.

Shaving is recommended, however please ensure to do so at least two hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Young adults Between the ages of 12-17 may freely enjoy the following without the supervision of a parent or guardian.
